We understand life can be unpredictable, but when appointments are missed or canceled with insufficient notice, it prevents us from serving other clients and affects our team's livelihood. CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS: Standard Services: -48+ Hours Notice: No charge -Less than 24 Hours Notice: 50% service charge -Same Day Cancellation: 75% service charge Premium & Specialty Services (Color corrections, blonding sessions, highlights, extensions, bridal parties): -72+ Hours Notice: No charge -Less than 24 Hours Notice: 50% service charge -Same Day Cancellation: 75% service charge Group Bookings (3+ people, bridal parties, events): -1 Week+ Notice: No charge 72+ Hours Notice: 25% charge per person -Less than 72 Hours Notice: 50% charge per person NO-SHOW POLICY: -1st no-show: Account noted (life happens!) -2nd no-show: 100% charge + future appointments require prepayment -3rd no-show: 6-month booking suspension RESCHEDULING WITH CREDIT: You have 2 weeks to reschedule, where credit will be applied. If your stylist has no availability during the 2 weeks, you will not receive a refund. HEALTH EXCEPTIONS: Fees waived for illness, family emergencies, or severe weather.
